Minimum Hardware Requirements:

• Pentium 133 MHz or higher processo
• 32 MB of memory
• 200 MB of free hard disk space
• CD-ROM drive
• SVGA Monitor (256 color minimum; 16-bit High Color recommended)

Minimum Software Requirements:

• Operating System: Windows 2000 (with Service Pack 5) or Windows XP (Service Pack 2)
• Microsoft Office Package, including Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Excel must include the Add-In Analysis ToolPak and Analysis ToolPak-VBA extensions
• ArcGIS 8.3 or higher is required to use TELUM GIS Module (Please refer to TELUM installation instructions)
